🔄 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• To be eligible for a return, items must be: 
  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • In the same condition as received.
    

Due to the nature of perfumes and body sprays, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item).
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes, body sprays, or cosmetics.
  
• Gift cards and promotional items.
